I am now in my 23rd year with Berkshire and with this anniversary I reflected on so many opportunities that Berkshire has given to me. I feel fortunate to be a part of such a wonderful organization. I began my career as a leasing consultant and Berkshire gave me the opportunity to grow with the company being promoted to an Assistant Property Manager to a Property Manager on several different apartment communities and then to a District Manager – gathering so much experience along the way and doing this all in just six years. My original goal as a young college graduate was to be an elementary education teacher. Berkshire allowed me to stretch my talents and for the last 17 years I have enjoyed being in the position of a Regional Training Director, a perfect fit for me. Berkshire has been so supportive of both my professional and personal needs, allowing me to balance my responsibilities between family and career.
