Berkshire's Resident Free Transfer Program is an exclusive program developed for our residents who transfer to another Berkshire Property Advisors, LLC Community. This program makes relocating much easier and less costly! Management will gladly provide you with details on how to take advantage of this program.

Resident Free Transfer Program Benefits Include:

• No application Fee
• No Lease termination on current lease
• Security deposit may be transferred to new community

To Qualify for the Free Transfer Program:

• Transferring resident must be relocating 25 miles or more from departing community
• Minimum thirty (30) day notice to terminate current lease is required
• Transferring resident is in compliance with all current lease terms
• Pet deposits and fees do not transfer
• Regional restrictions apply and are subject to change at any time
